How to keep Bananas always fresh.

  I bought a bunch of bananas. First of all, you need to know about bananas. First,Bananas release ethylene gas naturally to ripen each other. Second, Bananas are slowed to ripening by keeping them under at thirteen degree celcius or fifty-five degree farenhite. Third, Bananas suffer from the cold.

How to do to keep Bananas fresh ?

Separate them first. 



Prepare some plastic bags. I usually use ones which I used when I purchase fruit at supermarket. Next, put a banana into the plastic bag. Then, wrap it tightly. 



For the rest of bananas repeat the same step for them. It prevents bananas from ripening each other. I wrapped four bananas individually. 



Put wrapped bananas into a double plastic bag. By doing this it prevents bananas from suffering from cold air directly in the refrigerator.



       After that put your wrapped bananas into the refrigerator. I put wrapped bananas with a white plastic bag into the refrigerator, and I keep two unwrapped bananas at room temperature in order to see how these bananas would ripen diffently.

       Let’s see the result. 3 days later. The banana that was kept in refrigerator compare to the banana that was stored at room temperature.

   I decided to peel the skins off. This is a bananas that stored at room temperature compare to the left that is a bananas were kept in the refrigerator.




The banana at room temperature was pretty soft and partly brown. The one in refrigerator was still in good conditions and white color.

Bananas fruit have significant health nutrients for reducing weight loss, heart health, also digestion system.
A single banana contains more than one hundred calories that are rich in fiber. And as people know furits fiber has quite helpful for weight loss and body weight.

So What are the health benefits of bananas?

Nutrients

Bananas have various kinds of nutrients. Bananas contains Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Potassium, Magnesium, and Calcium. Moreover, Bananas important antioxidant for body and connective structure.

High Potassium

Bananas are rich in potassium. To maintain body functions, neuromuscular system, nervous; potassium is must need. A single banana contains 600mg potassium which maintains body weight.

Bananas are Low in Calories

Bananas contains fewer calories than other diet foods. A medium size bananas contains one hundred calories. That’s why it helps to keep body weight in normal level.

Bananas Low in fat

The banana doesn’t have much fat. It has a little amount of fat near zero point five gram in a medium size. If you want to get lower fat fruits, banana would be a great choice.
Finally bananas may help to reduce your body weight because bananas are low in calories, huge nutrients and rich in fiber.
