If you ask me what beverage I like to drink and I will always say lime juice is one of best answer.

        I often order or buy lime juices when I am in Asia. Lime juice
refreshing, lime juice really actually quite nice when you are drinking it with spicy food because lime juice almost acts as a palate cleanser. 

So I am actually going to show 
you how easy it is to make freshlime juice more delicious. Well we start with limes fruit or fresh limes I have got

some mint as well  because I want to put a little bit more into this lime juice. That you know the minty flavor and I have got some sugar syrup, the syrup just made with you know boiling
down one cup of sugar in one cup of water easily one to one.

       Let the syrup boil down and then when the syrup cools I like to turn a little bit more syrupy. A big big jug of ice I will show you how simple to make it. A lot of the flavor and the fragrance is in the outer and inner peel of the lime so get a good little peel out and just peel through a few segments

        Great, so this is kind of like the zest and then squash squash your lime fruit lots and lots of lime in jug which is going to squeeze it through.

        Lime is so amazing few beverage beats a good lime juice. And do not forget throw its fruit away after you have already squeeze, take it in the jug.

and you know what lime juice is great for going picnics perfect for a picnic, a barbecue so I have got about two limes in jug here. 



But again you know add as much or as little as you want but I want the intensity of the lime Flavor. This beverage going to be really good.

Wonderful, now pour sugar syrup in
to make sure your sugar syrup cool. 


You add sugar syrup more and stir it altogether, sometime sugar syrup you add is looks like a lot but it's not going to be. 



          Now, let’s take some of clean lime leaves in the jug and stir again. Finally just taste this lime juice if you lime juice not going the way you like, add more sugar syrup or lime fruit taste this juice until it taste excellent ! Have a nice weekend !
